I was fortunate to be able to photograph her mama when she was pregnant and even more lucky to be able to capture this little one within the first couple days of life. A newborn baby girl is just the sweetest treat for me.  Capturing those little hands, those little grins and their pure sweetness is such a joy for me.

The glow on her face, the glimmer in her eyes, the excitement he shows, the doting he does when he is with her.  These are all of wonderful characteristics of a loving mom and daddy to be.  There is nothing more special then being able to witness the love that a couple shares and the excitement they have to be having their first little girl.  This wonderful couple will be welcoming their first little girl very soon and will be able to share all of the wonders of life with her.  I can’t wait to meet you baby Lyla and I wish your mommy and daddy all the luck and happiness in the world.  Secretly I have to say that little girls are the best, but I’m not biased or anything.:-)

Araceli – how exciting! The time is close and I can’t wait to meet baby cousin Lyla. Congrats to you both . . .these are beautiful pictures that have captured the moment! Your daughter will love them as she gets older because she’ll see the love you both shared and the desire of welcoming her. ;o)
